Now Fox Sports' Ken Rosenthal and Jon Morosi have another name the Phillies could be interested in acquiring: The Indians' Shin-Soo Choo.
In their report, the two writers say:
But club officials also are exploring deals that will add to the Phillies’ core – hence, the team’s interest in San Diego Padres third baseman Chase Headley and Cleveland Indians right fielder Shin-Soo Choo, according to major-league sources.
Looks like the Phillies are VERY active.
Choo is hitting .291 and has a .378 on base percentage as the Indians' leadoff hitter and rightfielder.
