The Phillies sign another free agent. No, it's not anyone big. Jon Heyman of CBS reports that the Phillies have added free agent pitcher Shawn Camp.
Phillies sign shawn camp to minor league deal

Camp pitched for the Chicago Cubs last season, and has pitched in the big leagues in each season every year since 2004. Camp's 2013 was not so strong, going 1-1 with a 7.14 ERA. But in 2012 he posted a 3.59 ERA in a league-leading 80 apperances. Lifetime he is 29-33 with a 4.40 ERA in 538 major league games, all in relief.
Camp has the makings of a Zach Miner-type that can be stashed at AAA until they have a need down the line.
